Paid $50.00 (store return TSC)for mine and needed to put a washer on it, replaced the wheel. Nice grinder. The Harbor Freight grinder is not as nice as the Foley, however I would consider it similar in effect. The Foley 308 allows for the swing arm to be angled, almost never need to change this.

Mar 9, 2019. #1. I picked up a Foley 308 chain grinder today. Bought it from the original owner who ran a small saw shop and saw milling operation. He had all of their other sharpening equipment too to sharpen band saws blades and circular saw blades with and with out carbide teeth. He also had an old Foley filing machine too.
